**Position Type**:Part time, with the expectation to work some evenings and weekends as needed (Approx 20-25 hours/week with the potential for full time hours).
**About the Organization**: _Founded in 2014, the Eating Disorder Support Network of Alberta _(EDSNA) is a charitable organization providing support to individuals dealing with eating disorders, as well as their caregivers, in the province of Alberta. EDSNA’s vision is to ensure no one should have to face an eating disorder alone. This organization is committed to inspiring hope, reducing stigma, raising awareness, building connections, and offering meaningful support at all stages of recovery_

**Summary of Primary Job Function**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organized, efficient, and energetic individual to join the Eating Disorder Support Network of Alberta (EDSNA) as the Program & Website Coordinator. The Program & Website Coordinator will work within a diverse team of both paid staff and volunteers to coordinate and lead both EDSNA’s supportive programming offerings and web resources. The Program & Website Coordinator must be a detail-oriented problem-solver, with a broad understanding of the complexity of eating disorders; they would also be an ambitious self-starter, flexible team-player, and be committed to fulfilling EDSNA’s vision and mission.
**Summary of Responsibilities**:
**Programming**
- Program development process from start to finish - research, budgeting, planning, scheduling, execution, and evaluation/review
- Development, evaluation, review, and reporting of internal program feedback mechanisms with stakeholders
- Hiring, onboarding, and management of contracted group facilitators, as well as ongoing group and workshop facilitator support (with support from the Public Awareness Coordinator/Executive Director)
- Suggest revisions/updates to organizational policies as they are affected by programming
**Website**
- Create, support creation of, and/or research of web-based resources
- Troubleshooting web and registration issues; tech support
- Review existing web-based content (includes resources, providers, and information), and update as needed
**Operational Tasks**
- Support public awareness activities as needed, including co-facilitation of presentations, presence at in-person events
- Researching relevant resources and information to find solutions to problems/issues/concerns related to programming, the website, and client support (within organizational capacity)
- Suggest, plan, lead, and attend related and relevant meetings with EDSNA staff and volunteers, community members, and stakeholders
**Requirements**:
**Must Haves**:
- Experience with program administration for a growing organization, including leading the development, execution, and evaluation of programming and workshops for a target demographic
- Strong and nuanced understanding of eating disorders, including diagnostic criteria, complexity of accessing care, and diversity of experience across intersectionalities
- Experience and comfort working with Wordpress
- Comfort working with administrative software, including Google
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong public speaking skills

- Willingness to assist with duties beyond the job description to ensure work is completed (within reason)
- we are a very small team, so cooperation is essential
**Nice-to-Haves**:
- A post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration, social work, psychology, public health, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a defined role within a charity or non-profit organization
- Experience working with Jane (web-based platform)
**Length of contract**:12 Months with potential for renewal.
**Remuneration**:$20.00 to $22.00 / hour commensurate with skills and experience.
**Location**:Flexible hybrid work schedule between homebase and a private office space located in Edmonton (applicants MUST reside in Greater Edmonton Area)
