We are looking for a skilled Website Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us continue to deliver our promise of luxury and exclusivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of the company's website, ensuring its functionality and efficiency.
- Creation and management of property listings on the website, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring it aligns with the company's brand image and marketing strategies.
- Organize, manage, and update various data sources, including photographs, Excel data, and other content across various management systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure website content aligns with marketing campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Respond to and troubleshoot website-related issues in a timely manner.
- Regularly report on website performance and updates.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in website maintenance, content management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in content management systems.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with SEO and web traffic metrics an asset
- Experience in Web Design, CSS, or Wordpress a definite asset.
- Experience in Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to grasp new software programs quickly also desirable.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
