Parts Administrator

Barrie’s leading family run Automotive Repair Centre is seeking a **Parts Administrator **to join the Zenetec team
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide top internal and external customer service
- Support Technicians with parts needs, part returns and other key responsibilities to provide for a smooth repair process
- Receive incoming parts, inspect, organize and store parts
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors
**Experience/Skill Requirements**
- Able to effectively learn, and utilize new skills
- Process driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented and a confident trouble-shooter with the ability to think on your feet
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Computer literacy is a must
**Qualifications**
- Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalency
- Valid full G drivers’ license with a clean driving record is mandatory
