Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

**AS A VENDOR MANAGEMENT INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL**:
Data verification for building hours
Data verification on contracts and expiry dates in shared drive
Support in setting up and follow up on the vendor performance meetings (monthly and quarterly)
Follow up with COE on problem vendors and escalations.
Help create dashboard for tracking issues follow ups,resolutions and overall vendor performance.
Liaise with procurement on vendor escalation forms ensuring compliance and tracking
Price trending for additional services on janitorial.
Supporting vendor manager with knowledge/training sessions for FM ( creative and fun)
This is a great learning platform with exposure to many different aspects of our corporation the person needs to be outgoing and able to work alone as we are not all in one office.

**DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Technology, Data Management, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.
Experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset
Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams; PowerBI/Tableau, etc.
Excellent attention to detail.
Engaged and proactive.
Be able to work well independently and collaborate with others.
