Job Description:


The role of Vendor Management Expert is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with IT vendors and internal stakeholders. This includes ensuring IT and business requirements align, and managing vendor contracts and obligations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage multiple vendor relationships across different service areas and varying levels of complexity
  • Develop and implement effective contract management processes, including negotiation strategies and best practices
  • Collaborate with procurement colleagues to develop contracts and manage vendor performance
  • Monitor and report on vendor spend and risk
  • Proactively identify, mitigate and manage Third-Party risks associated with individual vendors and external factors

Requirements:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and assess risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Relevant experience in vendor management or a related field, with knowledge of IT governance standards and contract management processes
