**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Complete and approve time sheets and expense reports
- Ensure good communication with resources and all project team members
- Submit requests and follow-up on clearance approvals for site access (renewals and transfers)
- Providing administrative assistance to the Project and Site Manager
- Performs the different stages of client | Nucleom onboarding
- Coordinating project related matters between internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting and maintaining the technicians schedule for current projects
- Assisting project manager with drafting documentation and documentation control, as required
- Helping with the setup of new projects (site support, health and safety, emergency support)
- Participate in department and project meetings to discuss scope of work and men power requirements, among other things
- Participate in the procurement, shipping and receiving processes
- Participate in monthly inventory process/calibration of items, swag inventory and distribution

**JOB CONDITIONS**
- The person must be available to work on holidays (the day off will be taken at another time)
- Remote work available (2 days per week)
- Paid cell phone

EDUCATION AND TRAINING Minimum of 2 years experience in various administrative tasks Experience with an ERP system is an asset SKILLS AND ABILITIES Very good computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite Good priority management and time management Thoroughness and organizational skills Autonomy
