Vickery Electric Contracting Limited is a renowned electrical contracting firm with an exceptional reputation in the industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to spearhead our electrical projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical estimating and project management, enabling them to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Detailed Cost Estimates: Develop accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Analyze Project Plans and Specifications: Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the scope of work.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Coordinate and Manage Projects: Oversee all phases of electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure Timely Completion: Guarantee projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor Progress and Make Adjustments: Continuously monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Prepare Project Status Reports: Present detailed project status reports to clients and management.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management.
  • AutoCAD Experience: Have extensive knowledge and experience with AutoCAD.
  • Electrical Codes and Standards: Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Blueprint Reading Skills: Possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
