Position Overview: IT and Operations Support Specialist

Guided by our visionary Technology and Operations Manager, the Technology and Operations Enthusiast will play a pivotal role in addressing the dynamic technical and operational needs of our tech-centric business. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting 5-6 team members with tech-related needs, troubleshooting, and proactive problem-solving.

Managing Windows server administration tasks, ensuring security protocols, and optimizing performance.

Troubleshooting software and hardware issues, ensuring seamless operation.

Overseeing the maintenance and updates of our online presence, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Engaging in programming activities using various languages for system enhancements and upgrades.

Active participation in the continuous improvement of our Knowledge Management system and optimization of operational processes.

Key Qualifications:
A flair for organizational development in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a tech-related role.

A degree in a relevant field is appreciated but not mandatory.

Daily Routine:
Vigilant monitoring of our cloud-hosted servers' health.

Oversight of data backup procedures, SQL jobs, and proprietary tech jobs.

Swift troubleshooting and resolution of tech-related queries.

Enhancing and optimizing our tech infrastructure using various programming languages.

Required Experience:
Current knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, cloud services, and software solutions.

Experience in database administration and entry-level programming.

Familiarity with various programming languages, including VB, MS Visual C#, and Joomla, is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
