Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Support Specialist to join our team at Save Max Regal Realty.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Your primary focus will be on managing contracts, planning and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, compiling data and statistics, and ordering office supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines.
  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant team members.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages effectively.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs as necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma or non-university certificate in a related field.
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and record-keeping principles.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to a comprehensive employee assistance program.
