IT Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to users regarding computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Perform system upgrades and patches as necessary.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends in IT support.
**Requirements**:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
