Service Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
- In partnership with the Senior Service Coordinator, act as a liaison between customers, Sales, Technicians and wholesalers.
- Checking to see if any parts are under warranty for service work, ensure the technician returns the part to our wholesaler, tracking the warranty cheques when they come in, posting to the account/ invoice.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for clients
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and understand their service needs
- Assign service technicians to appointments based on availability and skillset
- Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely completion
- Provide updates to clients regarding the status of their service appointments
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients during the service process
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations
- Update Service Fusion (company database) this is where you will be creating invoices, updating or entering new customer information and dispatching the technicians
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Problem-solving skills to address client issues or conflicts
- Proficient in using computer software and systems for scheduling and record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment
