As a **PRO Support Representative**, you’ll be the key support for our PRO Sales team, handling everything from order writing and estimating to coordinating deliveries and resolving customer concerns. Your role will be vital in ensuring a smooth experience for our customers every step of the way

**What You'll Do**:

- Act as a key point of contact for our PRO Sales team, managing every customer interaction with care and attention.
- Coordinate and resolve customer concerns ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in preparing quotes / estimates, manage inventory needs, and keep track of project progress to support our customers and PRO Sales Representatives.
- Stay proactive in learning about new products and enhancing your technical project skills.
