Office Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks is a bonus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
