We are currently looking for an **Office Administrator** to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

This role is crucial to the growth and success of our business. The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves providing administrative support, managing office systems and procedures, scheduling orders and projects, and coordinating various office activities. The Office Administrator will work closely with staff members, clients, and external partners to ensure effective communication and the overall productivity of the office.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:

- Schedule appointments and projects with customers.
- Assist with prep of projects, such as ordering products, equipment, and rentals.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).

Office Operations:

- Monitor and order office supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for office equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
- Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures.
- Receive packages from shippers/vendors, update purchase orders in CRM.

Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as a point of contact for staff, clients, and external vendors, handling inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Liaise with external partners, such as suppliers, service providers, and clients, to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.

Office Management:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Financial Administration:

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing invoices and receipts.
- Follow up on accounts receivables.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications or relevant education is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or other office software.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and experience with financial administration is preferred.
- Experience in the service industry or trades is helpful.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs using proper lifting techniques at all times.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
