**Forbes Bros Ltd.** Is currently looking for a** Coordinator** to join our **People & Culture** team for a parental leave coverage

You will be a part of a group that is responsible for timely entry and organization of employee information into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Learning Management System (LMS), assistance with cross border workers, WISA holders, benefits administration, employee requests and all employee filing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lives Forbes Bro. value of WE WORK SAFE & never compromising on safety in all aspects of our every day
- Assist with on-boarding activities and accurate completion of new hire packages
- Create and maintain employee personnel, medical, and benefit files; maintains branch I-9 files in accordance with company policies and legal
- Maintain and update employee information in the company ERP system, Viewpoint, including changes in status, hire information, and end of employment details
- Maintain the LMS for new hire set up and employee departures from the organization
- Maintain tracking for other company & legal documents
- Assisting with continuous improvement projects, People & Culture initiatives & other Human Resources tasks as required

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working in an office-based environment in an administrative capacity, experience in Human Resources is required
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat required
- US experience considered an asset
- Ability to work in a detail oriented, fast paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- High degree of initiative, diplomacy and discretion
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
