Coordinator, Ticket Administration

OVERVIEW
The Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club is currently seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented team player to fill the role of Coordinator, Ticket Administration.
Reporting to the Manager of Ticket Administration, this full time position will serve as a key member of the department, providing operational and system support for Toronto Blue Jays games and Rogers Centre events. Success in this position requires the drive to continually advance and learn new technology to fit the evolving ticketing business landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve internal ticketing admin requests, including the processing, refunding and fulfillment of ticket orders and gift cards
- Setup, test and maintain access control systems
- Support the Ticket Operations team on game and event days, including troubleshooting mobile ticketing/app issue resolution
- Collaborate with other ticketing sub-departments to create streamlined processes
- Contribute to system training and onboarding of ticketing staff and provide ongoing operational support
- Perform regular reporting to review and maintain the accuracy of sales numbers and product integrity
- Contribute to the overall success of Ticket Operations by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Demonstrate commitment to positively contributing, encouraging and fostering a culture of equality within an inclusive and safe workplace
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge and experience in ticketing
- Proven experience utilizing Ticketmaster products including Archtics, Account Manager, TM1 and TMWin
- Demonstrated computer skills using Microsoft and Salesforce software
- Ability to provide leadership and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Effective communication skills to connect with fans as well as staff members at all levels within the organization
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize under tight timelines while ensuring accurate completion of assigned work
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
