**We are looking for a talented individual**
To join our team as an Operations Coordinator to help deliver a Low-Income energy program in Ontario. We are a tight-knit team who are multi-talented, hard workers, and passionate about reducing energy consumption.
As an operations coordinator, you will be responsible for basic administration of the systems used by the team.
**For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can **
- Handle basic administrative tasks in Salesforce, such as creating new users, managing permissions, and maintaining groups.
- Add and manage new resources and territories in Salesforce Field Service.
- Oversee SharePoint site access and conduct regular access reviews.
- Maintain Form Templates (Youreka), ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the program.
- Process and respond to requests through our ticketing system, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and update basic reports/dashboards with Salesforce, helping the team to monitor program progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Show a proactive, self-starting attitude, and an ability to work independently when necessary.
**In this exciting career opportunity, you will have**
- 1+ years experience in Salesforce Administration
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service
- Experience with Youreka Forms
- Experience with SharePoint Online
- Experience with processing requests in a ticketing system
- Your Salesforce Administrator Certification
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
