The Ticketing Intern position is designed for detail-oriented individuals who can excel in fast-paced office settings. Those successful in this role must be adept at prioritizing tasks efficiently and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders. To thrive, candidates should have strong organizational skills, a resourceful mindset, and an ability to work accurately under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage event files by collecting and saving final audits and sales reports for Live Nation promoted events in Ontario.
- Communicate regularly with internal departments and external event personnel regarding ticketing needs and concerns.
- Observe and assist Ticketing Department personnel with weekly onsales.
- Process required ticket requests for internal staff, clients, and media.
- Maintain open lines of communication during all relevant meetings, functions, and discussions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in ticketing or box office environments is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential for success in this role.
- A keen interest in learning about the music industry is a desirable trait among applicants.
- Strong interpersonal skills enable individuals to listen effectively, understand complex issues, and communicate clearly.
- Ability to take direction while displaying initiative and personal drive is crucial in achieving goals within this dynamic team environment.
- Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently and collaboratively will find success in this position.

This is a full-time role with a minimum commitment of 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate should be prepared to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize multiple tasks effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
