**Description**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming Contractor tickets, verifying their details and routing them to the appropriate department.

Your primary responsibilities will include verifying ticket details, determining the hiring client's requesting work, and allocating tickets to the appropriate sales team (Inside Sales New Business or Retention). You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams, as well as facilitating the conversion of tickets into deals.

**This requirement is necessary because in this role, you will need to interact with clients, partners, and/or our international subsidiaries on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing.**

**What that means day-to-day**:
1. Ticket Verification:

- Review incoming contractor tickets to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Verify details such as project scope, client information, and service requirements.

2. Routing and Allocation:

- Convert verified tickets into deals within our CRM system.
- Assign deals to the appropriate sales representatives/teams.

4. Communication:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of tickets.
- Flag any possible inconsistencies and or trends to Inside Sales & Retention leaders.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of all contractor tickets, including status updates and resolutions.
- Generate reports to track ticket volume, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Report relevant trends to Inside Sales & Retention leaders.
- Other ADHOC tasks.

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
