- This postion is for an _Assistant Property Manager_ for our _Calgary_ office. Schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:30 in office._

About You

Strong client relationships are meaningful to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive demeanour to everything you do. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing commercial buildings of all asset classes, including office, retail and light industrial - from operations and financial activities to managing meaningful relationships with our tenants and property owners. From handling service contracts and supervising bid packages, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you’ll have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how we manage our commercial properties.

In This Role:
- You develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.- You respond in a timely manner to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.- You support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets and other reports as assigned.- You successfully lead all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.

What You'll Bring:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.- A Commercial Property Management (RECA) license is required- Two to four years of demonstrated ability in commercial real estate- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and Adobe Illustrator.

Bonus Skills and Experience- Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.- Consistent track record to pick up different software’s quickly.- Experience with contract and leasing agreements preferred.
