**REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACE**
**POSITION: LICENSED LEASING AGENT / PROPERTY MANAGER**

**WHAT IS THE ROLE | PROPERTY MANAGER**
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple properties
- Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations
- Overseeing and managing the leasing and maintenance activities of rental properties. Overseeing the operations of multiple properties, addressing tenant inquiries, and managing lease agreements. Ensure smooth property operations and tenant satisfaction.

**Leasing**
- Handle advertising, negotiation, and financial activities related to property leasing.
- Engage in leasing activities, including negotiating, approving, or offering to lease real estate.
- Find suitable tenants through effective marketing and screening processes.
- Show available properties to attract potential tenants and conduct tenant screenings
- Engage in advertising, negotiating, and other activities to further property leasing goals.
- Identify and attract potential tenants through effective marketing strategies.
- Screen and select suitable tenants based on established criteria.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants

**Lease Administration**
- Negotiate or approve rental/lease agreements on behalf of property owners
- Draft and manage lease agreements, Ensure lease agreement terms adhere to

Residential Tenancy Act
- Coordinate lease signings, ensuring all terms are communicated clearly.
- Facilitate lease signings and ensure all terms and conditions are clearly communicated to both parties

**Tenant Management**:

- Address tenant concerns and conflicts professionally and promptly.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain tenant relations through effective communication

**Property Management**:

- Work with Back End Support team to oversee operational and facilitation of property management, maintenance and improvement projects.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs;
- Vacant property preparation & management
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks

**APTITUDE**
- Strong understanding of local real estate regulations and rental laws.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**ATTITUDE**
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Dependable and able to work under pressure.

**Requirements & Experience - Must Haves**
- Must hold a valid property management license with RECA.
- Proven experience in property management, leasing, and tenant relations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-Starter: Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Computer and technology proficiency
