**Chiropractic Receptionist / Office Manager**

We are looking for a well-organized, motivated individual to take the lead role on our front desk. We're a busy Chiropractic Clinic & Rehab Facility, with a 30+ year history, and are looking for the right person to join our team.

You’ll own the clinic’s front-end reception, managing patient flow, bookings, and billings, maintaining files and records, and handling day-end reports and reconciliation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Maintaining a seamless schedule for the doctors, including, bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and managing the waitlist
- Collecting and processing payments and patient paperwork
- Managing, processing, and billing insurance claims (MSP, ICBC, and WCB) including any subsequent account receivables
- Pulling patient charts and maintaining an organized filing system
- Cash reconciliation and balancing (Day-end/month-end reports and POS)
- Typing up patient notes and other documentation
- General office management and maintenance

**Experience**:

- In a chiropractic clinic, or medical office setting
- With Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Outlook
- With clinic management software (Knowledge of _Clinic Essentials _considered an asset_)_
- With direct billings (3rd Party Insurers, MSP, ICBC, WCB Claims)

Salary is dependent on education and experience.
