Reporting to the Director, Executive Operations, the Office Manger provides support on all aspects of project coordination including planning, scheduling, communication, and administrative support for the Deputy Minister’s Office (DMO); including two direct reports. This position is an integral interface in providing responsive services to both the DMO and the Ministers’ Offices (MOs) to ensure an effective flow of information and timely responses and requires excellent organizational skills.

The Office Manager is expected to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position with mínimal supervision, while maintaining confidentiality of information and using discretion when addressing sensitive issues.

**Job Requirements**:

- Grade 12 Graduation AND related experience*
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Related Experience must include all of the following:

- A minimum of one (1) year supervising and/ or leading others.
- A minimum of two (2) years working in a fast-paced, high-volume office, providing administrative support to various levels within an organization.
- Experience handling highly confidential materials.
- Experience developing or improving administrative processes.

Preference may be given to applicants with one (1) or more of the following:

- Experience working in an Executive Office.
- Experience with information systems including CLIFF, or eApprovals.
- Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Business administration or a related field.
- More than one (1) year supervisory experience.
- More than two (2) years experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume office, providing administrative support to various levels within an organization.

There is currently a temporary opportunity available until December 31, 2024, this temporary opportunity may become permanent.
