The Business Development - Residential Property Manager is both a filter that saves the company from taking on clients that do not match our standards and a magnet that will attract perfect-fit clients for years to come. As we are starting our office it is expected that this position will participate in planning and execution of business development strategies and initiatives, and lead when and where necessary in these areas. Thus, this position will be responsible for many aspects of the property management cycle, including making great first impressions with potential clients and co-executing business development and sales functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect to generate leads (both investor and tenant) into the sales pipeline through a proactive and outbound sales process
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently
- Meet with and educate qualified leads on our residential management services
- Qualify and convert prospects into clients for our service
- Complete the necessary forms and paperwork to onboard new properties and tenants
- Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses
- Learn our unique policies and procedures, and relevant real estate regulations
- Build relationships with our tenants and learn our best customer success stories
- Conduct Move in/Move out procedures for our properties, as well as inspections and maintenance requests.
- Regular communication with our investors & tenants to ensure they have the peace of mind that our properties are being looked after
