**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs through appropriate channels
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Organizes and attends career fairs and other employment forums
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated within the organization successfully
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Promote the organization's brand and reputation throughout recruitment practices
- May perform other HR functions as required.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 2-3 years of recruitment experience
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience in the non-profit sector would be an asset

**EDUCATION**:

- Post-secondary education in human resources
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
- CPHR designation preferred

**POSITION STATUS**:Full-time permanent

**HOURS OF WORK**:35 hours per week (Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm)

**POSTING END DATE**:Open until filled

**ANNUAL SALARY**:$50,000.00

**WORK LOCATION**:175 Mayfair Avenue (head office) and on-site only
