**Architectural Project Manager Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients, and team members to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Establish clear communication channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and City of Calgary throughout the project permitting to occupancy process.
- Address client and City of Calgary concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to clients.
- Conduct site visits as per request of the project lead/partner in charge, to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Degree/Experience in Architecture, Architectural Technology Diploma, and /or Project Management.
- Familiarity of the City of Calgary development process both Development permit and Building permit.
- Experience as a Project Manager assistant (PMA) in an architectural or construction environment.
- Experience working with multifamily and commercial architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural design processes, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Knowledge of Revit, Twin Motion, Bluebeam, Microsoft office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of the National Building code (Alberta Edition), regulations, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of Construction Administration (Field reports, Site Instructions, RFI Response & Tracking)

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
