Assistant Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities & Authorities**
1. Assist Project Manager in running the assigned projects from the moment project is awarded till obtaining the completion certificate of the project and closing it. Ensure the proper distribution and delegation of responsibilities to the field personnel. Evaluate performance of field engineers and supporting staff.
2. Assist Project Manager in the smooth project handover from the sales department. Review budget estimation once the project is transferred from sales.
3. Assist Project Manager in prepare project information document, including detailed execution plan with allocation of resources and project risk management plan. Review and adjust project cost estimates when needed.
4. Assist Project Manager in establishing the proper communication line with the corporate project management department in the corporate office and VP of the assigned territory.
5. Keep updated tools list and inventory list by checking and recording tools condition before and after run and storage place.
6. Assist Project Manager and coordinate field personnel to ensure proper tools storage and maintenance.
7. Assist Project Manager in maintaining overall first tool run success rate at a minimum of 95%.
8. Ensure quality & HSE procedures are applied and followed during project preparation and execution.
9. Communicate daily with field staff to review daily activities and project progress.
10. Achieve the invoicing targets, control the cost efficiency and profitability of the assigned projects as well as to ensure proper follow up on collection.
11. Cooperate with the procurement department to ensure the procurement plan for the services and the materials to be purchased is finalize.
12. Manage logistic task and Purchase Order emission base on Project Manager instruction.
13. Maintain and update the Project related data in ERP system.
14. Assist Project Manager to coordinate activities between Client, subcontractors and PIPECARE departments
15. Assist Project Manager to Update clients on field operational activities as needed.
16. Assure customer satisfaction with the project execution.
17. Assist Project Manager in reviewing of all reports (preliminary, final, etc. ) prior to submission to client.
18. Ensure proper project closing through collection of all documents related to customer feedback about the project, project completion certification, invoices, and collection plan.
19. Prepare different type of technical documents to be submitted to client such as method statement, pigging procedures, dig verification procedures, etc.
20. Execute all other tasks as requested by Project Manager within the assigned job role.
**Accountability**:Assisting PM to complete the Projects at the assigned time and budget.
**Skills & Experience**:
1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant) plus 2 years of operations planning experience
2. Experience in Oil & Gas sector or EPC Contracting.
