Major Responsibilities:

- Develop and retain a high-performing team, while maintaining a fun, positive, team-focused work environment following company standards and protocols
- Schedule shifts to meet the needs of the restaurant
- Follow proper ordering, storage, accurate recipe use, inventory counting, and waste control procedures
- Work with corporate team to plan and price new menu listings, procedures and standards
- Maintain all equipment through personal inspection, and proper preventative maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and food handling process to the highest standard, exceeding public health standards
- Participate in interviewing and hiring of new staff, as well as performance reviews and coaching
- Participate in disciplinary and termination decisions
- Various administrative tasks necessary for the successful operations of the restaurant

Qualifications:

- Exceptional leadership skills, highly energetic and outgoing
- Exceptional communication, organization, employee relations and time management skills
- Ability to grow sales as well as increase traffic flow throughout restaurants
- Knowledge of Microsoft products

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
