We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SUWI RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing revenue.
  • Experience: Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
