Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at HS Restaurant Holdings. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate daily restaurant operations, monitor staff performance, and plan and organize daily activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and balance cash and record sales.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve business objectives, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Work Setting: Urban area with public transportation available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
- Free Parking: Available on site.

- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
