Office Assistant

Position: Monday to Saturday **(required)**

**Duties**:

- Provide clerical support to the office staff
- Assist with filing and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with Sale Procedures
- Bookkeeping tasks/ Invoicing / Accounts Payable / Billing
- Perform other general office duties as assigned -Pick up vehicles and drop off vehicles **(DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CLEAN RECORD REQUIRED)**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in an office setting is preffered
- Strong clerical skills, including filing and organizing documents
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
