A successful Desjardins Insurance Agent is seeking high-energy, client-focused, customer service representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you service and promote property and casualty coverage to individual clients.

You ensure client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Serve clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products and help clients choose the right coverage.
- Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer insurance inquiries, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner.
- Able to up-sell, cross-sell and generate sales leads from calls.
- Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed.
- Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**What will make you SUCCESSFUL**:

- OTL and/or LLQP licenses preferred, but not required for interview (Must be able to obtain).
- Customer Service and administrative experiences (retail, hotel, resort, conference centre)
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- A great attitude, hard working, passion for people.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic.
- Dynamic outside-the-box thinker, with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
