**WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING: HR Help Desk Administrator - FT Permanent**

VHA Home HealthCare is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and resourceful HR Help Desk Administrator to join our growing Human Resources team. This full-time permanent role will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Development team and general support to the overall HR department while delivering an exceptional customer service experience to support VHA’s staff, clients and community.

**What You’ll Do**:
The HR Help Desk Administrator will provide support to Talent Acquisition and Development team and general support to the overall HR department including the following tasks:

- Answer incoming employee or external contact inquiries and ensure proper management, prioritization, and triage of these requests
- Prepare different type of letters including employment verification letters
- Releases employment verifications for staff members
- Prioritizing any backlog to ensure timely resolution and a positive employee experience
- Retrieve mail and distribute to members on the HR team
- Writes correspondence and reports and provides word processing support to HR Department
- Assist with the administration of employees files and filing room

**What You’ll Need**:

- Current university/college student or graduate in a Human Resources program
- Previous work experience in Human Resources, is an asset
- Previous work experience in Costumer Service or Professional writing, is an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, self-directed, and proactive
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective communication with internal clients, employees, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with an HRIS system is an asset
- Strong team player with a positive friendly demeanor who likes to take initiative
- High level of commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Able to work in a hybrid office work model
- Positive and friendly demeanor
