**Customer Support Representative Job Description**

Are you a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for driving business growth? Do you possess exceptional communication skills and a natural talent for building strong relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a **Customer Support Representative** at Ginger Desk

**Reports to**: CEO and Founder

**Minimum Hours**: 40 hours/week

**Customer Success Representative Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and conduct engaging product demos and presentations for potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and track progress using CRM software (Hubspot).
- Communicate effectively with prospects, addressing their inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and industry to articulate value propositions convincingly.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and establish valuable connections.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales funnel.
- Proactively reach out to prospects to introduce our company's products/services and understand their needs and pain points.

**Customer Support Rep Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Customer Support Rep, Client Success, Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar role.

**Skills/Attributes Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with Hubspot and sales tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the Allied Healthcare industry is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

**Organizational Responsibilities**:

- Reflecting and interpreting Ginger Desk’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values in their own work with enthusiasm and commitment.
- Acting in accordance with relevant legislation and company Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
- Proposing changes within Ginger Desk that would improve service within the company.
- Developing and maintaining respectful, cooperative working relationships to contribute to the integrated, seamless delivery of Ginger Agency services to health practitioners across Canada.
- Problem-solving upcoming issues or challenges that arise.
- Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and safekeeping of Ginger Desk records and materials.
