Real Estate Administrative Assistant/conveyancer

Preference will be given to applicants with bookkeeping, accounting and/or real estate experience. Wages commensurate with experience and skills.
Anticipated hours are Thursday & Friday 9am to 5pm (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break) Only qualified resumes will be contacted and interviewed.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Greet visitors, collect and manage mails, courier drop-offs and pick-ups
- Accept and receipt deposits and rent payments
- Manage key drop off and pick up
- Upload listing onto MLS system, maintain listings and process amendments
- Process sales files and send conveyancing
- Document retrievals from LTSA and BC Online
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Support banking and accounting duties
- Support real estate associates in administrative tasks
- Support management team in administrative tasks
**Qualifications**
- Previous customer service / receptionist experience is required
- Previous real estate experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages will be an asset
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 per week
