**Job Overview**: We are searching for an Administrative Coordinator to report directly to the Finance Manager.

Wagonmaster is seeking someone for a full-time Administrative Coordinator, in the Richmond Hill, Ontario area. Your experience with inventory & personnel management would make this the ideal job for you. We require a very detailed, deadline driven individual to perform all aspects of projects, clerical duties and inventory management. You will be responsible to maintain filing and record systems and perform general office duties. You will be interacting with our sales & customer support teams and will provide reports in a timely manner.

We are seeking an energetic and adaptable individual who can demonstrate creativity and initiative. This will involve a high degree of independence, time management, multi-tasking and excellent communication skills.

**We would like to meet if**:

- You are very comfortable on a computer and learn software quickly, working with excel, database queries, Sage 100 accounting software, maintaining office records and understand the demands of a small to medium business.
- You are willing to “go the extra mile” and help others with their duties if the job requires it without sacrificing your own deadlines.
- You learn quickly to gain an awareness of the workflow to allow you to plug yourself in without getting in the way.
- You are flexible and open to learning new ways of doings things and are comfortable with constant change. Primarily this means asking for help when you need it and learning from your mistakes.
- You are willing to communicate on a regular and timely basis with other staff. You need to not only stay up to speed, but also orchestrate teamwork when needed and elicit information you do not have.

**Requirements**:

- Have Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
- Desire and ability to learn new tasks.
- Able to work productively with minimum supervision.
- Able to work with and co-operate with other personnel.
- Professional demeanor and customer care oriented.
- Good work record and strong work ethic.
- Applicant must be punctual and have no attendance issues.

**_Required Education:_**

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

**_Compensation:_**
- $50,000 to $55,000
