**What you will be working on**:
- Identify new clients as well as opportunities, and work with assigned clients and leads/potential new customers
- Survey customer sites and determine requirements using your own knowledge and understanding of security systems
- Create integrated solutions based on your own technical and operational knowledge as well as that of our dedicated team of technical sales support staff
- Analyze plans and specifications to create winning proposals on significant security projects in the GTA
- Build and maintain client trust through a continuous focus on customer service, quality, and a commitment to win-win outcomes
- Contribute to the business strategy by monitoring new and competitive products, services, and industry trends

We offer an enhanced transition compensation plan to new Account Executives, providing an increased base salary and reduced quotas to help facilitate early success and maximize earnings in the first two years. You will also be provided with an account portfolio of existing clients, and a continuous stream of new opportunities and leads.
**Who are we looking for?**
Essential qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in creating system solution proposals for commercial and industrial customers
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
- Exceptional people skills with a focus on building strong relationships based on trust and a desire to help customers solve security challenges
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Additional, ‘nice to have’ qualifications:
- You have experience in designing security systems
- You have experience working with QuickBooks and QuoteWerks
- You have experience using SharePoint
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
