Receptionist/office Administration

**Position**:
A receptionist is often the first business contact a person will meet at any organization.
The Receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system. The receptionist also supports the administrative team at Chancellor Park, providing a variety of office administration support in various electronic systems. Strong computer literacy is required.
**Hours of Work**:
This position is full time, 75 hours biweekly.
**Qualifications**:
- Office Administration diploma/certificate from a recognized institution is **required**:
- Experience in an office environment, including filing, a definite asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (in particular Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow oral or written instructions and to work quickly and efficiently under time guidelines.
- Ability to communicate well with residents, families and staff in person and by phone.
- Ability to work with others.
- Clear criminal records screening including vulnerable sector check
- Medical certificate including immunization history and evidence of TB testing

Pay: $19.13-$21.43 per hour
