We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to work from our modern, easy to access, Mississauga Ontario location, across the street from YYZ (Toronto ) Airport. The most important qualification in this position is your ability to work with the best Aftermarket Sales team in Aviation : the Airstart Sales Team. This means a fast paced environment that is always friendly and supportive.

The position is based in the office, although work from home is possible for a total of 60 days per year.

**Title: Inside Sales Specialist**

The Inside Sales Specialist is a key role within the company: reporting to the Sales Manager, and assisting the Outside Sales and Logistics Teams, and you liaise closely with practically every department in the company, including Logistics, Sales, Finance, Marketing, QA, Repairs Management and IT.

The key skills in this position are the ability to work quickly, accurately, and multi task with our worldwide customer base, and the ability to see opportunities in a rapidly changing environment, and capture them.

**Duties**:

- Intercepting inbound requests from our global customer base of the best airlines and trading partners worldwide
- Quoting our customers in real time, our brand was built on our industry leading response time
- Completing market based pricing research for aircraft parts, and entering this data into our system (“Quantum”).
- Executing Sales Orders in our system, communicating to our Logistics Department for fulfillment, and updating customers in real time for order status
- Taking the lead on ILS and PartsBase and Aeroxchange quote activity
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in any of : customer service, sales, freight forwarding, or related industry
- Knowledge of aviation aftermarket a plus but not mandatory

**Salary and Benefits**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
