La personne responsable offre un service de représentation ainsi que son savoir-faire auprès des restaurateurs. Elle planifie, organise, communique et gère les activités de ventes pour les clients afin de maximiser le volume des ventes des produits de l’organisation. Elle développe et maintien d’excellentes relations d’affaires avec l’équipe de gestion de chacun des établissements pour atteindre les objectifs et faire grandir les objectifs communs. Elle maximise la distribution et la profitabilité des produits dans son territoire avec les clients existants et a pour mandat d'augmenter le nombre de clients à volume sur son territoire de façon profitable.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:
- Gérer les comptes qui lui sont attribués et activer de nouveaux clients;
- Maximiser la distribution des produits et la profitabilité à l’intérieur de son territoire;
- Maintenir une couverture de clients adéquate en fonction des priorités, assurer le suivi des ventes et le respect des ententes commerciales;
- Maximiser la synergie entre les différents canaux de distribution afin d’assurer la croissance d’Agropur dans son territoire.
- Négocier les ententes commerciales de son territoire afin d’optimiser la distribution des produits du portfolio et la rentabilité d’Agropur;
- Préparer et présenter les revues d’affaires aux décideurs pour les suivis d’ententes et proposer des opportunités d’améliorations pour l’atteinte d’objectifs communs.
**'‹ **Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, marketing, ou tout autre domaine pertinent;
- Minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience pertinentes dans le secteur alimentaire ou des produits de consommation;
- Expérience dans le domaine du service alimentaire, un atout;
- Bonne maîtrise des logiciels courants de la suite Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
