The Retention assistant role will implement a customer retention role under the guidance of senior team members. Engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries, gather feedback, and provide assistance.

**Requirements**: Applicants must be 18+ and eligible to work in Canada. This position does not require a college degree however all related experience and education will be taken into consideration.

Le rôle d'assistant a la fidélisation de la clienteèle mettra en œuvre un rôle de retention, sous la direction de membres de direction d'équipe. Interagir avec les clients par divers canaux pour répondre aux demandes, recueillir des commentaires et fournir de l'aide.
