**Responsibilities**
- Manage foundational projects for the CEO such as a global HRIS/payroll implementation, ATS integration and optimization, Employee Engagement Survey, and more
- Develop project plans, progress reports, HR analytics/dashboards and management reports.
- Document root causes of issues, identify gaps, analyze trends, research industry standard processes and make recommendations to improve employee experience and operational efficiencies
- Develop and coordinate preparation of internal process documentation, user guides, governance/stakeholder materials, communications, and process maps
- Provide regular visibility to project status on a standard cadence through status reporting and project reviews.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience working with HR technology platforms in a project or program management role (HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking systems, people analytics, etc.)
- Strong organizational and people skills including change management, time management; ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines, achieve milestones, and deliver high quality results
- Ability to thrive in a matrix operating model with a strong emphasis on collaboration and partnership.
- Executive level consultation and thought leadership. Demonstrated skills in delivering presentations and influencing.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to find the simplest path to solutions
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide strategic insight
- Capacity to anticipate problems; sensitive to issues that require diplomacy
- Proactively signal risks or issues impacting HR / business results before the risks materialize and suggest/implement mitigation actions.
- Experience using Dayforce HRIS is a definite asset
