Seeking a Director of HR Operations and Strategic Planning to lead the delivery of core HR services and operational activities. The successful candidate will ensure all HR processes are executed efficiently and align with our strategic priorities while maintaining a focus on process improvement, automation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant undergraduate degree, minimum 5+ years of broad-based experience in increasingly senior HR positions, and minimum 3+ years of people management experience. They should possess strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work strategically with various HR stakeholders to identify concerns and prioritize the development of solutions.
