Administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the wealth team.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office procedures and workflows.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a bank or other financial setting an asset but not required.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and One Note is highly desirable.
- Strong proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
