Your key responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Administrative Support team, interacting with clients, handling calls, assisting with office operations, typing financial statements, and providing administrative assistance to team members.
Key requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and all levels of staff.
Highly organized, with the ability to re-prioritize workload and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong time management skills and a professional, courteous manner.
Driven, flexible and motivated to help others, with a strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
