**Position**: Student Services Coordinator
**Location**: Reeves Calgary North Campus
**Reports To**: Campus Director

**Salary**: $40,000-$42,000/ annual

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm

**Job Summary**:
The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for advising students on their academic progress and supporting the campus’s daily operations. This role ensures students have the resources they need to succeed while providing administrative support to enhance the overall student experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and enhance the student academic experience.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth campus operations.
- Uphold the college’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Address student inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly.

**Duties Include**:

- ** Academic Support**:

- Develop programs to help students overcome academic and personal challenges, such as peer tutoring, orientation, and financial advising.
- Advise students on school policies, attendance, grades, and academic probation.
- Help implement retention programs to support student success.
- ** Administrative Support**:

- Assist campus staff with daily operations.
- Maintain accurate student records (grades, attendance, communications).
- Manage classroom scheduling and equipment needs.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- ** College Standards**:

- Act professionally with integrity and respect for students and colleagues.
- Adhere to college policies and maintain compliance with regulatory bodies.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of office experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with office equipment and multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of the provincial Student Assistance Program is a plus.
