**Position**: Front Desk Receptionist
**Shifts Available**:
- Monday Mornings: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Evenings: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Two to Three Evenings a Week)
- Every Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting Clients**: Welcome clients warmly as they enter the spa, providing a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointment bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling treatments and services.
- **Check-In and Check-Out**: Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for clients, including verifying client information, processing payments, and providing receipts.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues or concerns promptly, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- **Maintaining Reception Area**: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times, including stocking supplies and promotional materials.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records accurately and confidentially.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarize oneself with spa services, products, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
