**ACCOUNT MANAGER**

Report to Managing Director

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for meeting the needs of all of our clients, fielding requests for creative work and liaising directly with clients, media, suppliers and the staff who carry out the creative.
- Update status reports for projects as well as workload on a weekly basis.
- Create, coordinate and track production schedules for all marketing materials.
- Track, monitor, and guide all jobs for their assigned clients to ensure of consistency throughout.
- Monitor copy, estimates, budgets, vendors etc.
- Proof reading.
- Draft and distribute client changes to marketing materials. Update across all materials as necessary.
- Coordinates with Media any problems on deadlines/materials. Ensures that all media contracts are correct.
- Monitors job close-out.
- Tracks and researches competitive materials.
- Coordination of printing quotes, communication of prices to clients and coordination of print production.
- Management of filing system for Managing Director.
- Scheduling and coordination for client meetings.
- Co-ordination of general administrative work as assigned by manager and accounting controller.
- Other duties may be assigned

Performance Standards
- Direction is detailed and accurate.
- Status Reports are updated weekly.
- Client’s and agency staff’s needs are prepared and coordinated.
- All client work is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work is on target, on time and within budget.
- Media insertions are met.
- Creative morale on assigned projects is positive.
- No major misunderstandings or trouble exists between agency and clients. As problems arise, they are productively and satisfactory dealt with in accordance with company policy.
- Client and agency management express confidence in his/her service, initiative and follow-through.

Skills Required:

- MAC & IOS experience, Microsoft Office (Adobe programs are a bonus).
- Proficient attention to detail.

**Salary**: $35,395.91-$78,189.60 per year
