As an Jr. Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and manage small accounts from start to finish of the product cycle. Your role involves understanding the client needs, managing and updating their accounts on both the client end and our company's end, understanding and scheduling shipping needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Some key responsibilities would be:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives, brands, and target market. Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service and consistently meeting their expectations.

Account Management: Develop account strategies and plans to achieve client objectives and sales targets. Monitor and track key performance metrics, such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and project timelines. Regularly review account progress, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to address them.

Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and actively pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with the business development team to generate leads, prepare proposals, and pitch new clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.

Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple fashion-related projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, stylists, photographers, and production staff, to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating project requirements, feedback, and updates.

Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to develop strategic recommendations for clients. Provide insights and guidance on product development, pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Collaborate with clients to align their objectives with the agency's capabilities and resources.

Budget Management: Manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control. Track expenses, review invoices, and negotiate contracts to optimize financial performance. Prepare and present regular financial reports to clients, highlighting the value and impact of agency services.

Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing project updates, performance reports, and campaign results. Deliver presentations and conduct meetings to showcase the agency's work, discuss strategies, and address client concerns or feedback.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and production departments, to ensure cohesive and successful client campaigns. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
