We are currently in search of a skilled Bilingual Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team and elevate our customer outreach.

In this role, your primary responsibility will consist of reaching out to customers who have made purchases through our online marketplace stores.

Your objective will entail expressing appreciation to customers, educating them on the benefits of direct purchasing from PrintersPlus, and encouraging them towards an account setup.
- Initiate contact with customers via outbound calls using our dedicated phone line.
- Convey appreciation to customers for their purchases made on our marketplace websites.
- Educate customers on the benefits and conveniences associated with purchasing directly from PrintersPlus.
- Gather customer information to facilitate account setup and personalized experiences.
- Adhere to a prescribed script and communication protocols while upholding a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and ensure accurate updates of customer information in our database.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to promptly address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Attain or surpass targets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, sales, or a comparable customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication skills in both French and English, both written and verbal.
- Aptitude for effectively engaging customers and fostering rapport.
- Comfort with utilizing outbound calling systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving established targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with PrintersPlus products and services is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Salary range: $37,500 to $46,000

Pay: $37,500.00-$46,000.00 per year
